The Qatar News Agency said that the Qatari Attorney General issued a decision to arrest Minister of Finance Ali Sharif Al-Emadi, after receiving reports that he had committed violations related to his public office.
The Qatari Public Prosecutor ordered, according to what was published by the Qatar News Agency, to open extensive investigations into the accusations against Al-Emadi, which were raised in several communications that had been submitted.
